Spring doesn’t demand perfection. It offers permission to begin again. Not because we “finally got it together,” but because God’s mercy is new—daily, faithful, and undeserved.
“His mercies… are new every morning.” (Lamentations 3:22–23)
Embracing New Beginnings
We may have goals we paused, habits we dropped, or hope we laid down. Let spring be our reminder: in Christ, we are not stuck. We are not disqualified. We are invited to rise anew.
This season of renewal invites us to shed the weight of past disappointments. We can embrace the beauty of fresh starts. Each day brings a new opportunity to reconnect with our dreams and desires.
The Power of Small Steps
This week’s sacred rest practice:
Choose one small beginning—tiny, gentle, doable.
Then pray: “Lord, bless my small yes.”
New beginnings don’t have to be big to be real. Let God meet us in the small. Each step, no matter how minor, is a step toward renewal.
We may feel overwhelmed by the enormity of change. Yet, we can find comfort in knowing that even the smallest actions can lead to profound transformations.
Finding Peace in Grace
Let this week be held, not by pressure, but by grace. We can breathe deeply and trust in the process. We are not alone in our journey. God walks with us, guiding us gently toward the light of His love.
As we navigate this season, let us remember that grace is abundant. It flows freely, inviting us to rest in His presence. We can find solace in the knowledge that we are cherished, just as we are.
A Gentle Reminder
In moments of doubt, let us remind ourselves of the truth: we are worthy of new beginnings. We are deserving of peace and renewal.
As we awaken to new life this spring, let us embrace the journey ahead. Together, we can cultivate a spirit of hope and joy.
With peace,
Tanya

Thank you for these uplifting words!
My sacred rest practice will be to speak gently to myself... quietly, slowly, and kindly!
Bless our smalls 🙏
