Week 1: Spring - Awakened To New Life: The garden was quiet, yet everything changed.

Spring begins in a garden. Not with noise. Not with urgency. But with the gentle unfolding of new life. The resurrection of Jesus reminds us that God can bring what is alive out of what looked finished. “He is not here; He has risen.” (Matthew 28:6)
If you’ve felt weary, foggy, or buried under the weight of your responsibilities, this is your invitation to awaken without rushing. You don’t have to sprint into “new.” You can rise slowly. You can breathe your way into hope.
This week’s sacred rest practice: Sit in the morning light for one minute. Place your hand on your heart and whisper:“Because of Christ, I can begin again.”
May this week be a soft re-entry into joy. May resurrection rest meet you right where you are. And may God awaken what’s been sleeping in your spirit—gently, lovingly, and right on time.
With grace,
Tanya
