Week 2 - The Lenten Season

Scripture:
“Lay aside every weight.” — Hebrews 12:1
Lent is a season of release. We fast not to punish ourselves, but to make room, room for God’s presence, clarity, and peace.
Rest comes when we loosen our grip on what exhausts us: unrealistic expectations, old patterns, unspoken pressures. Letting go is an act of trust. It is saying, “God, I believe You are enough.”
Sacred Rest Reflection: What weight are you being invited to lay down this week?
Guided Rest Practice: With each exhale, imagine placing that weight into God’s hands. Sit quietly, allowing your body to feel lighter in His care.
