Week 3 - The Lenten Season

Scripture:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Silence is countercultural. It feels uncomfortable at first because it strips away distraction and invites us to listen.
In silence, we rest from noise, external and internal. We stop explaining, fixing, and performing. Silence allows us to be held by God rather than held together by effort.
Sacred Rest Reflection: What might God be saying to you in the quiet you’ve been avoiding?
Guided Rest Practice: Sit in silence for one full minute. No agenda. No words. Simply presence.
In Quiet Reflection,
Tanya
