Week 4 - Spring, Awaken to New Life: Tending What Is Growing

Week 4 - Spring: Protect the Bloom: Rest Is a Form of Care

New life is precious, but it’s also tender. Spring teaches us that growth must be tended, not pushed. God doesn’t invite us into abundance by exhausting us. He invites us to abide.

“Apart from Me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5)

Sometimes we treat growth like a race. But the Kingdom doesn’t run on burnout. It runs on connection. And rest is how we stay connected—heart to heart with God.

This week’s sacred rest practice:

Ask yourself: Where am I overextending?

Then choose one small “pruning”, one boundary, one no, one pause.

May God help you protect what’s emerging.

May your life be watered by peace.

And may your growth be sustained by abiding, not striving.

With grace,

Tanya
